This Kristaps Vanadzinsh Trio recording is a testament to the vitality and sophistication of the jazz music tradion. It pulses with the history of jazz music – melodic ballads and harmonically rich jazz miniatures which, within the paradigm of acoustic jazz, offer both peaceful harbours, and the excitement of the journey.

Album recorded on the special analogue recording session at concert hall "Latvija" in Ventspils, Latvia. Performed, mixed and recorded live direct to analog tape using a Studer A 80 1/4” two-track tape recorder without any editing or overdubbing.
